Senior Policy Advisor

A key figure in the YIMBY movement, Annie previously served as Senator Scott Wiener’s policy staffer focused on housing and transportation. Annie, Special Projects Director at SPUR, advises the Abundance Network on housing and transportation policy in San Francisco.

Giselle Hale
Managing Partner

Giselle was an early member of the Abundance Network. She has a trifecta of expertise in campaigns (Obama 08, Eshoo for Congress), tech (Facebook), and policymaking as the former Mayor of Redwood City.

Graeme Erickson Joeck
Director of Advocacy & Organizing

Graeme is a nationally recognized organizer, strategist, and capacity builder for Democratic campaigns and progressive policy organizations. He spent 8 years leading Planned Parenthood’s national campaign programs, worked for Hillary Clinton’s two presidential campaigns, and Joe Biden’s 2020 campaign for president.

Jen Pahlka
Senior Advisor

Jen founded Code For America, US Digital Service, and US Digital Response. She was Deputy CTO in the Obama Administration and wrote Recoding America, a cornerstone text of the Abundance Movement.

Kate Chapek
SoCal Expansion

Kate has over 20 years of campaign experience and strategic power building for both the public and private sector. She has held leadership roles in both political campaigns—including the ‘12 Obama campaign—and advocacy organizations.

Founder

Misha has founded a number of projects including a venture-backed startup and a bootstrapped learning community that scaled to $10m in revenue.

Political Director

Todd was the former Executive Director of the Housing Action Coalition, served as Senator Scott Wiener’s Political Director, and has run several San Francisco political organizations and campaigns.

Zack runs a $1bn software company with hundreds of employees and cofounded a number of advocacy organizations including California YIMBY, COVID Act Now, and KidSafe SF.
