Our Team
Graeme is a nationally recognized organizer, strategist, and capacity builder for Democratic campaigns and progressive policy organizations. He spent 8 years leading Planned Parenthood’s national campaign programs, worked for Hillary Clinton’s two presidential campaigns, and Joe Biden’s 2020 campaign for president.
John, former Mayor of Emeryville, is a nationally recognized expert in transportation and housing policy. With 25 years in government and nonprofit advocacy, he supports people experiencing homelessness and crime survivors while building safe, inclusive communities.
Graham is a Bay Area native who got her start in politics as an organizer on the Biden-Harris campaign, she has worked in government affairs at the Center for American Progress, and most recently served as a Legislative Assistant in Congresswoman Katie Porter's office.
Zennon is a political organizer and policy strategist who has managed field operations on national campaigns, founded multiple successful organizations advancing housing abundance in California, and served as the youngest-ever Commissioner in Santa Cruz history.
Alicia is a certified project manager with extensive experience in community and government projects. She has led multimillion-dollar housing initiatives, managed teams, and improved organizational processes, most recently serving as Chief of Staff at Kentucky’s largest housing authority.
