Let’s actualize the Abundance Agenda.
We are recruiting Abundants from across civic institutions—government, nonprofits, philanthropy, industry, universities, unions—to help build critical movement infrastructure.
What you’ll do
We are building this community together, so together we’ll figure out the most valuable ways to organize our social capital to drive impact.

Learning
- Monthly Zoom with Movement leaders (e.g. Jen Pahlka, Steve Teles, Derek Thompson)
- Playbooks for “Abundancify” your institution (to be written!)
- Peer learning from members in different institutions.

Community
- WhatsApp community for internal coordination
- Member meetups in geographies with member density
- Camp Abundance! (in person gathering Spring 2026)

Impact
- Get or post a role at an Abundance ecosystem organization via our job board.
- Plug into an existing high-leverage project (e.g. knowledge base for Abundant Elected officials)
- Lay the groundwork for an Abundance Network chapter in your city.
What you commit to.
Time Commitment
You will help actualize the Movement with a combination of your human & social capital. Concretely that means working on a high-leverage project. Example projects include laying the groundwork for a city chapter, helping a local elected official advance an Abundant outcome, or educating, agitating, and organizing within your institution.
Financial Commitment
To maximize the value this community can create for the Movement, we need to staff it. So we ask that members subsidize the cost of the program.**
- $250 → 26 and under
- $500 → 27 – 34
- $950 → 35+
*Partial scholarships are available for those with financial needs.
**If Abundance directly relates to your work, ask if your employer will cover your membership dues as a form of professional development!
